Payment ERROR

If you are told by the system that you are unable to pay by credit card payment, please change the payment method, such as paypal payment.

Refund & Replacement Policies


If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.


Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned. We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

Parcels that is lost in transit.

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide ( for Covid-19 we are currently only shipping to USA, Canada and UK). How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in USA will be shipped by DHL/EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our Canada warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to such as Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea Region of Ukraine. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
